MTC Agentur für Messen, Tagungen und Congresse GmbH is a privately owned agency and has been a permanent fixture in the trade fair industry since it was founded in 1987.

Throughout the whole of Germany, we can provide the full service for your event with our highly motivated hostesses and service personnel and, if requested, can also organise the entire catering.

Our clients include companies from all different types of industrial branches, smaller companies as well as large enterprises. We accompany them on all of the world´s leading trade fairs, either on a national or international basis. Middle and small size exhibition areas are taken care of with the same professional expertise as those covering 3.000 m². We can also attend to your guests during annual general meetings, congresses, sales presentations and other company events.

Carefully chosen personnel are the basis of our work. The individual crews are chosen according to the respective tasks and are thoroughly prepared for their assignment.
A chef hostess coordinates all proceedings on site and is your main direct contact person.

Project Planning

Project planning and control is carried out by our headquarters in Eschborn near Frankfurt/Main. All our project managers have gained many years of experience and expertise in organisational matters and know the ins and outs of the trade fair and event markets; as students, they themselves used to work as hostesses and chief hostesses for MTC.

In the catering business, we work together with a fixed circle of partner companies. During all large trade fairs in Germany, the food is prepared on site and is therefore beautifully fresh when it is served.
